Yoga with Sandra

Enjoy this all levels yoga class which incorporates stretching, strength building, and breathwork for a challenging and accessible flow. We will work on poses in seated, all fours, standing, plank/ downward dog, and supine positions to access the entire body, all to a fun upbeat playlist. Class will end with a relaxing savasana (rest pose). Beginners welcome! Please bring your own yoga mat & blocks. Limited yoga mats & blocks are available to borrow at the library.  Open to Ages 16+ and Adults

Sandra lives in Sherborn with her family. She is a 200hr CYT (Certified Yoga Teacher) and is comprehensively certified in Pilates. Sandra enjoys working with all clients at any fitness level, helping them to find joy and community while they move. She runs a Pilates / yoga studio in her barn, works with DanceFIT Studio Natick where she also teaches classes and is the Fitness Manager.
