Yoga with Sandra - Fall Session

Enjoy this all levels yoga class which incorporates stretching, strength building, and breathwork for a challenging and accessible flow. We will work on poses in seated, all fours, standing, plank / downward dog, and supine positions to access the entire body, all to a really fun upbeat playlist. Class will end with a relaxing savasana (rest pose). Beginners welcome! Please bring your own yoga mat / yoga blocks if you have them. There will be limited yoga mats available to borrow from the library.
