Basic Pilates

A 45 minute free workshop that will teach the foundation of the Pilates method and how its practice benefits the spine. The second half will be on the mat, where a simple 25 minute exercise sequence will be taught. All fitness levels are welcome!
Please wear comfortable workout clothes and be prepared to work on barefoot. Bring your own mat if possible.
Monica Williams has been teaching movement for over 40 years and is currently Stott Pilates certified and trained in all levels mat and reformer, and special populations. She is the owner of the recently opened Flux Pilates, a pilates machine studio located in the historic district of Sherborn, MA.
