Tips For Optimal Posture

A 45 minute free workshop that will cover basic knowledge and why a good posture is physically important as we age. Simple moves will follow, taught in a fluid sequence in both standing and seated positions, easy enough to be incorporated in our daily lives.

Please wear comfortable clothing and be prepared to work on barefoot.

Monica Williams has been teaching movement for over 40 years and is currently Stott Pilates certified and trained in all levels mat and reformer, and special populations. She is the owner of the recently opened Flux Pilates, a pilates machine studio located in the historic district of Sherborn, MA.
