Power Pilates

Join us in taking Pilates to the next level during the next six weeks! In this 45 minute mat class with the added use of small weights, emphasis will be on abs, glutes, and upper back strength. The goal being a better posture, balance, and stronger support for the spine. We recommend participants to bring their own mat and set of 2 to 3lb weights, since instructor will have a very limited amount of weights to offer!
Monica Williams is the owner of the recently opened Flux Pilates, a pilates machine studio located in the historic district of Sherborn, MA.
