Pilates for Optimal Posture

A multi level mat class with emphasis on exercises that promote better alignment between the big skeletal masses: head-ribcage-pelvis. The six Stott Pilates principles will be the foundation of this 45 minute class, that will also focus on range of motion, deep core, and balance. Participants are encouraged to bring their own mat and be prepared to workout on bare feet.
Monica Williams is the owner of the recently opened Flux Pilates, a pilates machine studio located in the historic district of Sherborn, MA.
