Power Pilates is back this Fall!

This 45 minute class works on spine mobility, overall flexibility, and functional deep core, under the umbrella of the Stott Pilates method. Light 2 to 3 lb weights will be used for the added power to the workout flow. Students are encouraged to bring their own weights and mat. Class is on barefoot. On Fridays @ 10:45, from September 5th until November 7th.

Monica Williams is the owner of the Flux Pilates, a pilates machine studio located in the historic district of Sherborn, MA.
