Join Beth Kurland, educator and author of, The Transformative Power of Ten Minutes: An Eight Week Guide to Reducing Stress and Cultivating Well-beingand yoga instructor Shari Engelbourg for this mindfulness workshop, "Rest, Relax and Replenish." This workshop will include strategies to reduce stress post-holiday season through meditation, movement, yoga and more.
