Mindfulness is learning to awaken to the present moment as it is, with compassion and without judgment. Learn techniques to practice mindfulness everyday, whether it be while eating or experiencing difficult times, from Mindfulness Based Stress-Reduction (MBSR) instructor, Ethel Fraga.
