Get your sweat on for a great cause! The Friends of the Sherborn Library (FOTSL) present “Fall For Fitness”, an autumn morning filled with fun exercise options for all fitness levels. Enjoy group fitness classes with lots of space to spread out. Light breakfast and refreshments will be provided. Bring your own mat or towel.

Time: Registration Opens at 8:15am; All classes are from 9:00 to 10:00am

Cost: Adults - $20 (early registration); $25 (day of registration); Children - $10

What class will you choose?

Yoga

Sandra Burke, Sherborn resident and instructor at DanceFIT, Natick, will be teaching her “FlowFIT” class. FlowFIT is a music driven workout that combines the muscle sculpting benefits of Pilates with the flexibility of flowing Yoga movements. Using only your own body weight for a low impact class, FlowFIT will increase your strength, flexibility, balance, and focus using beautiful flowing sequences of movement set to fun, upbeat music. Suitable for all levels!

Bootcamp

Trainers from Boston Personal Training, Sherborn, will be teaching this high energy workout.

Kid-Friendly Fitness

Intended for elementary-age (or mature pre-school) children, instructors from Shen’s Gymnastics, Holliston, will provide a gymnastics-focused bootcamp, which includes running, stretching, and basic gymnastics.

Proceeds benefit FOTSL; supporting high quality adult and family Library programs, performers and speakers, museum pass program, funding for new and in-demand books and periodicals, computer upgrades, emerging media and art exhibits at the Library.
