Please join fellow members of the Sherborn Historical Society and the citizens of our Town as we recognize William Bradford Homer Dowse Day. We will recount the life and generosity of one of Sherborn’s most significant benefactors. We will also celebrate the restoration of the Cyrus Dallin statue MEMORY and the 100th anniversary of the conclusion of World War I. The event will take place at the Central Burying Ground (intersection of routes 16 & 27). Please park in various nearby lots and walk to the cemetery. This program is cosponsored by Sherborn Historical Commission, Sherborn Historical Society, Sherborn Library, Sherborn Cemetery Commission, Sherborn Fund and Doug Brodie, Veterans’ Services Officer.
