Baby Sign Language

Join Sheryl White for a 2-session Baby Sign and Play

Join us for a playful introductory workshop, with Sheryl White of Baby Kneads, and learn ways to use sign language to communicate with your little one. Baby Sign has many benefits, such as giving babies the ability to express themselves before they can speak verbally, deepening the bond between adult and child, and enhancing early literacy skills. Baby sign language gives them the ability to communicate their needs and wishes, without frustration, tears or tantrums. Babies and toddlers can learn signs important to their lifestyle such as “milk”, “more”, “sleep”, “eat”, “Mommy”, “Daddy” and so on.

This program is for caregivers with pre-verbal babies & toddlers. Both child and caregiver can participate in the program. This class is appropriate for babies and young children 2-months or older and pre-verbal.  Caregivers attend both sessions with their child.

Registration is required.

Thank you to the Walpole Coordinated Family & Community Engagement (CFCE) Program for funding this program.

Registration for this event opens Saturday, March 1 at 9:00 AM.
